Yes! Vice Boat Club is BYOB-friendly. You can bring your own drinks and beverages onboard. We provide a cooler with ice and bottled water so your group can keep everything cold during the charter.

Your charter includes bottled water, a cooler with ice, a captain, crew when applicable, life jackets, a Bluetooth sound system, fuel for the duration of your charter and a floating mat. Double-decker yachts also include a steward.

Each yacht can accommodate up to 13 guests. If your group has 14 or more people, we can coordinate two or more yachts departing from the same marina and anchor them together so everyone can celebrate as one group.

Gratuity is not included in the charter price. Tips for the captain and crew are typically given at the end of the trip and are always greatly appreciated.

1. Deposit Policy:A 30% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation.This deposit is non-refundable under all circumstances.2. Weather-Related Cancellations:Safety is our top priority. In the event of dangerous weather conditions, as determined by our experienced captains and/or local authorities, we offer the following options:Option 1: Reschedule your trip for a later date, subject to availability.Option 2: If rescheduling is not possible, we will provide a 70% refund of the total booking amount.3. Inclement Weather:For minor weather inconveniences such as small showers or cloudy days that do not pose a safety risk, our regular cancellation policy applies:No refunds will be issued for trips canceled due to small showers or cloudy weather.4. Customer-Initiated Cancellations:If you wish to cancel your booking for reasons other than weather, the standard cancellation policy applies:The 30% deposit is non-refundable.Cancellations made 7 days or more in advance of the scheduled trip may be eligible for a refund of any additional payments made beyond the deposit.Cancellations made within 7 days of the scheduled trip are non-refundable.5. Captain's Discretion:Our captains have the final authority to determine if weather conditions are unsafe for boating. Their decisions are made with your safety in mind.6.
