Vice Boat Club Cancellation Policy
1. Deposit Policy:

A 30% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation.

This deposit is non-refundable under all circumstances.

2. Weather-Related Cancellations:

Safety is our top priority. In the event of dangerous weather conditions, as determined by our experienced captains and/or local authorities, we offer the following options:

Option 1: Reschedule your trip for a later date, subject to availability.

Option 2: If rescheduling is not possible, we will provide a 70% refund of the total booking amount.
3. Inclement Weather:

For minor weather inconveniences such as small showers or cloudy days that do not pose a safety risk, our regular cancellation policy applies:

No refunds will be issued for trips canceled due to small showers or cloudy weather.
4. Customer-Initiated Cancellations:
If you wish to cancel your booking for reasons other than weather, the standard cancellation policy applies:

The 30% deposit is non-refundable.

Cancellations made 7 days or more in advance of the scheduled trip may be eligible for a refund of any additional payments made beyond the deposit.

Cancellations made within 7 days of the scheduled trip are non-refundable.
5. Captain's Discretion:

Our captains have the final authority to determine if weather conditions are unsafe for boating. Their decisions are made with your safety in mind.
